Platform architecture
Two design decisions separate Natively from most AI agent platforms. Both are relevant to anyone connecting via MCP.
Deliverability-first outbound
Natively is built around verified contacts, gated sends, and deliberate volume rather than spray-and-pray. Gmail and Yahoo now enforce a 0.3% spam-complaint ceiling. Microsoft has been rejecting bulk cold mail at SMTP since May 2025. The volume model most AI SDR tools rely on is under sustained platform pressure. Natively's outbound is designed for the opposite: fewer messages, better placed, domain reputation protected by default. (Currently in controlled rollout.)
Visibility as permanent architecture
Every metered action (a send, an API call, an external write) claims atomically before executing and is logged to an exportable audit-event ledger. Spend gates cap each action type. Review queues are tiered by autonomy level, not just a single toggle: as a use case earns more trust, more of its work runs on its own, but the log and the reasoning are always there when you propose a change via MCP.
