Natively vs. 11x

Natively vs. 11x: GTM Use Cases or an Enterprise AI SDR?

The short version (facts verified July 2026): 11x sells AI sales development to enterprise revenue teams: Alice, an outbound SDR agent drawing on a claimed 400M+ contact database, and Julian, an inbound voice agent that answers calls in seconds. It is a demo-only motion with pricing that starts at $3,750 per month billed annually and moves to custom quotes above that. Natively runs use cases across the whole GTM motion (outbound, growth, content and SEO, research), is in private beta with pricing scoped directly to your team, month-to-month terms on entry plans, and a human approval gate on every outbound action. If you need an inbound voice agent and enterprise scale today, 11x has capabilities we do not. If you want coverage beyond the SDR funnel, a pricing conversation instead of a public rate card behind a demo wall, no annual lock-in, and nothing sent without your sign-off, that is Natively.

What 11x actually is

11x is a San Francisco company founded in 2022 that raised roughly $74M from Benchmark (Series A) and a16z (Series B) at a reported $350M valuation. It sells two agents to enterprise revenue teams: Alice, an outbound AI SDR that prospects from a claimed 400M+ verified contact database across 21+ data providers and runs multi-channel sequences in 105+ languages, and Julian, an inbound voice agent that answers and qualifies calls around the clock. SOC 2 Type 2 and CASA certifications are in place, and enterprise deals come with forward-deployed engineers.

That is a serious product surface backed by serious investors, and the funding is real. The rest of the story deserves the same directness, in both directions: 11x has capabilities Natively does not have, and it also carries a documented trust problem that any honest comparison has to include.

Where 11x genuinely wins today

Concede the real gaps first. Julian gives 11x an inbound voice channel, phone qualification and speed-to-lead, that Natively does not have at all. The claimed data scale (400M+ contacts with managed Gmail mailboxes bundled at the entry tier) is infrastructure we do not match with a headline number. SOC 2 Type 2 and CASA are done; ours are roadmap. And 11x has revenue and enterprise logos in market, reported in the $3M-10M ARR range, while Natively is pre-revenue. A buyer who needs enterprise procurement boxes ticked and a voice agent this quarter has real reasons to pick 11x.

The commitment reality: $45,000 a year to start

11x's published entry point (their Alice pricing page, fetched July 2026) is $3,750 per month billed annually: a $45,000 commitment for 5 users and 2,000 new prospects a month. The Pro and Enterprise tiers above it are custom quotes behind a sales conversation, and third-party buyers report real engagements running $60,000 to $200,000 per year on required annual contracts. A public Trustpilot review describes being unable to cancel: 'Can't cancel subscription... 6 months in, and still almost no result... they ignore us.'

Natively is in private beta: pricing is scoped to your team and shared directly in the first conversation, and entry plans run month-to-month with no annual lock-in. The comparison is not about who publishes a rate card; it is a different risk profile. You can leave anytime, so the product has to keep earning the subscription every month rather than locking you in up front.

The trust problem, on the record

In March 2025, TechCrunch published an investigation reporting that 11x had displayed logos of companies that were not customers. ZoomInfo said it was not a customer, threatened legal action, and stated that a one-month trial 'performed significantly worse than our SDR employees.' Airtable said its trial 'was never used in production.' The same reporting cited employees estimating that real surviving ARR was around $3M against a claimed $14M, and that the company lost '70-80% of customers that came through the door'; 11x countered that retention was 79%. Two months later, founder-CEO Hasan Sukkar stepped down.

None of this is our claim; it is public record, linked from the reporting, and 11x disputes parts of it. We include it because it is the single most load-bearing fact pattern a buyer researching 11x will find, and because it explains our own design bet: an AI that sends things on your behalf has to be built for verification. Every Natively action sits behind a human approval gate and lands in an audit ledger, so what was done in your name is never a matter of trust.

We did not give them permission to use our logo in any manner, and we are not a customer
ZoomInfo spokesperson, quoted in TechCrunch, March 2025

Where the funnel ends

11x covers outbound sequences and inbound voice, and stops there. There is nothing in the platform for content, SEO, visibility in AI search engines, growth strategy, or research; the recurring theme in its user reviews is output quality inside that funnel, with buyers reporting that messages 'still read as generic despite detailed ICP and brand inputs.' Natively covers the use cases around the funnel (growth strategy, content and SEO, AI-search citation tracking, research) on one shared knowledge base, treats your CRM as the system of record, and routes every send through your approval. Narrower on channels, wider on the motion.

The honest bottom line

Choose 11x if you are an enterprise revenue team that needs an inbound voice agent, headline data scale, and completed security certifications this quarter, and an annual contract at $45K+ is inside your budget: those are real capabilities Natively does not match today. Choose Natively if you want use cases across the whole GTM motion rather than one funnel, a pricing conversation instead of a demo-and-quote cycle, month-to-month terms you can walk away from, and an architecture where nothing ships without a human approving it. Given what public reporting has established about this category's incentives, we think verifiable control is the feature that matters most; buyers should read the TechCrunch reporting and 11x's responses and decide for themselves.

Frequently asked questions

What is the main difference between Natively and 11x?

Scope and control. 11x sells the SDR funnel: Alice for outbound sequences and Julian for inbound voice, aimed at enterprise revenue teams on annual contracts. Natively runs use cases across the whole GTM motion (outbound, growth, content and SEO, research), in private beta with pricing scoped and shared directly in the first conversation, month-to-month entry plans, and a human approval gate on every outbound action.

How much does 11x cost?

11x's published entry tier is $3,750 per month billed annually ($45,000 per year) for 5 users and 2,000 prospects per month, per their Alice pricing page as of July 2026; higher tiers are custom quotes, and third parties report real engagements of $60K-200K per year. Natively is in private beta: pricing is scoped to your team and shared directly in the first conversation, with month-to-month entry plans and no annual lock-in.

What did TechCrunch report about 11x?

In March 2025, TechCrunch reported that 11x displayed logos of companies that were not customers (ZoomInfo threatened legal action; Airtable said its trial was never used in production), and cited employee estimates that surviving ARR was far below claimed figures with heavy customer churn. 11x disputed parts of the reporting, and its founder-CEO stepped down two months later. Buyers should read the original reporting and 11x's responses directly.

What are good 11x alternatives?

The most commonly compared alternatives to 11x are Artisan and Alta inside the AI SDR category, and Natively for teams whose gap is wider than the SDR funnel. Pick by need: Alta if voice-first inbound matters, Artisan for a consolidated outbound stack, Natively for use-case coverage across the GTM motion with human approval on every send and month-to-month entry plans.

Does 11x really have 400M contacts?

400M+ verified contacts from 21+ data providers is 11x's own claim on its site; its homepage elsewhere says 50+ data sources, and the figures are not independently audited. Treat database-size claims across this entire category (including any vendor's) as marketing numbers unless a third party has verified them.

Does Natively have a voice agent like Julian?

No. Natively has no voice channel today; inbound phone qualification and speed-to-lead calling are genuine 11x capabilities we do not match. Natively's coverage is wider across the GTM motion (growth, content and SEO, research) and narrower on channels.
