Job 01 of 8 · Signal-based outbound

Reach buyers the week their behavior says they're in-market.

Natively watches your market for the signals that predict a purchase: a hiring surge on a team that needs your category, a new tool showing up in a prospect's stack, a visitor from a target account landing on your site. The moment one fires, a researched, personalized draft is ready for you to review while the window is still open.

The problem it takes off your plate

Why this is a full-time job.

Most cold outreach fails on timing, not copy. The average buyer is genuinely in-market for a few weeks a year, and a static sequence hits them at random. By the time a quarterly list refresh finds the signal, the deal went to whoever showed up first.

Catching signals manually means someone watching job boards, tech-stack trackers, and site analytics every day. That person does not exist on a lean team, so the signals go unwatched.

How it runs

Watch it work.

01
Watch

Continuous monitoring across the signal sources that matter for your ICP: hiring surges from job boards, new tools showing up in a target account's stack, and visitors from target accounts landing on your site. Each signal is scored against your targeting strategy and logged with its evidence.

02
Draft

When a signal fires, the account is researched, every contact is verified against a cached, dated source, and a first touch is written that names the signal without being creepy about it. No verified contact, no draft.

03
Review and send

Drafts land where you can see the signal, the evidence, and the cost attached before anything goes out. Edit, hold, or send each one. Sent messages go out through warmed mailboxes with daily caps enforced.

What you get

The result, not the homework.

  • A live signal feed you can act on

Every signal scored, dated, and backed by its evidence, so you always know why an account surfaced this week.

  • Ready-to-send drafts, not homework

The work arrives finished: researched account, verified contact, personalized draft. Your job is a one-click approve or a quick edit.

  • Replies routed and logged

When a buyer replies, it is flagged immediately, follow-ups stop, and the thread lands where your team works, with the CRM updated.

FAQ

About this job.

Where do the signals come from?

Public, verifiable sources: hiring pages and job boards, technology-change detection, and your own site's visitor data. Every signal carries its source and date, so you can check the evidence before anything goes out.

Will this burn my domain?

No. Sending is deliberately conservative: verified contacts only, warmed mailboxes with health checks before any volume, hard daily caps per mailbox, and every draft ready for you to review first. Fewer, better sends is the design goal, not raw volume.

How is this different from buying an intent-data feed?

An intent feed hands you a CSV of accounts and leaves the work to you. Natively closes the loop: it finds the signal, builds the list, verifies the contacts, writes the outreach, and holds it ready for you to review. You review finished work, not raw data.
