Job 08 of 8 · CRM enrichment · coming soon

A CRM your team can actually trust.

Natively keeps your records alive: emails verified, titles and companies refreshed when people move, duplicates resolved, and every enriched field stamped with its source and date. Your CRM stays the system of record; it just stops lying to you.

The problem it takes off your plate

Why this is a full-time job.

B2B data decays fast: people change jobs, emails die, and titles drift. A CRM that was clean at import is measurably wrong within a year, and every team learns to distrust it, which quietly breaks reporting, routing, and outreach all at once.

Point-in-time enrichment vendors sell you the same rows again every year, and none of them tell you where a field came from or when it was last true.

This is the delivery schedule you can hold it to.

  • Data-quality score, tracked over time
How it runs

Watch it work.

01
Audit

Your existing records are checked for dead emails, stale titles, duplicates, and gaps, producing a scored picture of what is trustworthy and what is not.

02
Enrich

Gaps are filled and stale fields refreshed from verified sources, with every write carrying its provenance: where it came from and when it was checked. Already-verified data is cached and reused, so you never pay twice for the same answer.

03
Maintain

Enrichment runs continuously, not as a one-off project. Changes are staged for review before they land, and your CRM remains the system of record throughout.

What you get

The result, not the homework.

  • Records with receipts

Every enriched field shows its source and date, so 'is this current?' has an answer.

  • Outreach that does not bounce

Verified emails feed your campaigns directly, protecting deliverability upstream.

  • Reporting you can stand behind

Segments, routing, and dashboards work again when the underlying records are true.

FAQ

About this job.

Which CRMs do you support?

HubSpot and Salesforce today, as two-way syncs where your CRM stays the system of record and every write we generate is staged for your approval first.

Will this overwrite my data?

No. Enrichment writes are staged for review, conflicts surface instead of silently resolving, and provenance is attached to every change so you can always see what was modified and why.

How is this different from a data vendor subscription?

A data vendor sells you rows; this maintains your records. Verification is cached so repeat checks are free, updates are continuous rather than annual, and the work lands inside your CRM behind your approval, not in another CSV.
